Remi has headlined sold out shows across Europe and Australia and also toured and performed with Blur lead singer, and Gorillaz mainstay, Damon Albarn on each of his Australian shows.
“Beechworth’s boutique music festival promises to provide some great family friendly entertainment on the 26th of January when gates open for campers, with light family entertainment on the Friday late afternoon followed by a day and night of top notch music for all tastes” festival organiser Lex Fletcher said.
Also on the program are psychedelic rock outfit the Sand Pebbles, Raised by Eagles, Jade Imagine, The Outdoor Type, The Kissin’ Cousins, Marisa Quigley and her Sunday Best, Black Magic, The Faculty and Corowa-based Squid Doctors, winners of the Freeza Regional Battle of the Bands.
The festival is at the Madman’s Gully Amphitheatre, Mayday Hills.
“Our regular DJ’s Mermaid, Emma Peel and Danny Walsh from Melbourne and local Bush Poet Geoff Jackson will add their own dimensions and flavour to an outstanding weekend of top quality music,” Mr Fletcher said.
