Ron Finemore Transport means business when it comes to safety and reliability.

And the company is keen to spread the word on safety as part of a search currently under way for more drivers at its Wagga and Wodonga bases.

The company is looking for people who pride themselves on operating safely and who have that "can do” approach to their work.

"We're looking for about 20 full-time drivers across the sites, about 15 in Wodonga and five in Wagga," general manager general freight and bulk haulage divisions Scott Finemore said.

Mr Finemore said safety was always "number one" for the company, and employees enjoyed the benefits of a new fleet and equipment, a family-owned and run business, above award conditions, and the enjoyment of a regional lifestyle.

Staff with a positive "can-do”attitude, excellent communication skills, attention to details and focus on customer service, and a thorough understanding on task allocation and co-ordination were needed.

The company offers a modern fleet, above award remuneration and flexiday provisions.
