With Zac Barrenechea, Rhys Mitsch and Eddy Ziebarth leading the way in the opening rounds of the season, Williams believes the club is well placed for sustained success.
“We’ve been cruising with the younger blokes stepping up and carrying the workload,” Williams said.
“It’s been fantastic.
“Greg (Tallent) and I are the only really old blokes in the side at the moment to be honest.
“You need kids coming through and they have all been great for us.”
Barrenechea and Ziebarth are averaging 72 and 60 respectively while Ziebarth and Mitsch are providing good support for the competition’s leading wicket-taker Darcy I'Anson.
The Swans take on Walbundrie at Walbundrie on Saturday.
Rand should have the answers against Brocklesby at Rand with Brayden Ralston in good form with the new ball.
Walla has the bye.
