In a battle of the unbeaten teams, the visitors seized the advantage in posting 9-264 from its 75 overs, with Casey undefeated on 104 against City Colts.
He hit 109 not out against Benalla Bushrangers in round three.
“Matt’s come a long way,” coach Matt Knight said.
“He’s probably struggled over the past couple of years getting his head around being a senior cricketer, rather than being a kid playing senior cricket.
“He’s certainly now playing like he has a role in the team.”
And despite boasting two tons in the first five rounds, Casey still isn’t the leading run-scorer with team-mate Josh Lawrence also racking up two triple-figure scores.
Knight says it’s highly unlikely two Yarrawonga players would have made two centuries at this stage of the season.
Casey hit two sixes and 14 boundaries.
He now has 292 runs at 97.33.
Opener Reid Clarke chipped in with 45, while Lawrence compiled 38 at number four.
In the other match involving unbeaten teams, Rovers United Bruck was skittled for 122, with Beechworth to resume on 6-66.
Elsewhere, Wangaratta Magpies are 1-13, chasing Greta’s 9-184, while Benalla Bushrangers scored 155 from 62.2 overs.
Delatite will resume on 1-16.
