The shops on a former car yard site on the corner of Wagga and Kaylock roads have had their front windows smashed.
Albury Police are aware of the damage which has been occurring over a period of weeks to the property with the most recent damage occurring in recent days.
Inspector Scott Russell said police were chasing those responsible.
“It would appear this incident has happened over a period of time,” he said.
“We would be seeking public assistance and to contact police if they have seen any suspicious behavior or damage to the building.” The buildings have been unoccupied since being developed about two years ago.
