The Hoppers consolidated their grip on second spot on the ladder by making 9-151 before holding the home team to 129.
Skipper Tom Simmons said it was the perfect way to go into the harvest break.
“The boys couldn’t remember the last time they beat Burrum,” Simmons said.
“If you had said to me we would have gone into the break with only one loss, I would have taken it.”
