Fresh counts were laid against the man, 24, in Albury Local Court on Tuesday morning when he appeared via a video link to Bathurst jail.
He faced six charges related to one alleged incident – including break and enter with intent to steal – and one other matter.
Magistrate Tony Murray adjourned the charges to December 4.
