Miss Amelie head chef Kapay and River Deck Cafe head chef Baulacky will use mystery box ingredients supplied by Albury Wodonga Farmers’ Market stallholders during Saturday’s riverside market in Albury.
Hume Murray Food Bowl Association president Clare Kendall said Hovell Tree Park would be transformed into a foodie’s paradise for Tastes of Summer.
“We are showcasing the best of Albury-Wodonga’s local, seasonal produce,” she said.
Guest judges for the cook-off will be La Maison Restaurant owner and head chef Wassim Saliba, Albury City mayor Kevin Mack and Wodonga mayor Anna Speedie.
The market runs from 8am to noon.
