While the Roos and Dale brothers aren’t commenting on the surprise decision to part company after only one season, Dale said he wouldn’t be in charge of the TDFL club.
“I’ve just got back from overseas and aren’t sure where I’m playing yet,” Lee said.
“I won’t be coaching though.”
Although Brent Lilllis is set to take over the coaching post at Yackandandah, the Roos are yet to confirm the appointment.
Lillis has previously coached Yackandandah and played for Ovens and Murray club Wodonga Raiders.
Meanwhile, Rex Gray has been re-elected as president of the TDFL.
The season will kick off on April 7 with grand finalists Thurgoona and Kiewa-Sandy Creek to clash in the opening round at Thurgoona.
