A man will face Albury court on Monday after he discharged a firearm outside a house in Tumbarumba.

Police will allege the 48-year-old attended a house on William Street, on Saturday night threatened a 26-year-old man.
When the older man left he fired several of shots from a gun and drove away.
Tumbarumba police were called to the location and the man returned a short time later.
He struggled with police and was arrested.
He was charged with offences including armed with intent to commit serious indictable offence, fire firearm in or near public place, use firearm under the influence of alcohol, common assault, assault police, resist arrest and intimidate police officer in execution of duty.
He was refused bail and will appear in Albury Local Court on Monday.
The 48-year-old is a licensed gun owner and had his weapons seized.
