Hill went through the Bradford Bulls Academy and was recommended to coach Adrian Purtell by his former skipper Matt Diskin.

- Adrian Purtell
His signing comes just days after Bombala’s Adam Rodwell joined Thunder.
“He’s a young player who came through the academy which is like a youth team for the Bulls,” Purtell said.
“Brad was looking for a senior opportunity and we’re really excited to have him join us.
“He has size and is keen to have a crack.”
Hill played for the Diskin-coached Batley Bulldogs in the English championship league this year which is a level under Super League.
Thunder are keen to bolster their forward pack with David Cowhan joining the Central Queensland Capras.
Purtell said he hoped to secure several more signatures in coming weeks.
“We’re probably just looking for a bit of experience in the forwards,” he said.
“I think we are in pretty good shape.
“There are another one or two spots in the outside backs up for grabs if someone comes along.”
