Alina Yousif appeared before Albury Local Court on Monday.
She was bailed under strict conditions, with the matter to return to the court on February 5.
Yousif was arrested during raids targeting drug manufacturing and supply in the Albury region.
Others allegedly involved will also return on the same date.
