Detective Sergeant Graeme Simpfendorfer, of Wodonga Crime Investigation Unit said they would face Wodonga Children’s Court on February 27.
He thanked the community for their care and assistance.
The Celebration Garden opened in 2010 as a special place to honour people affected by cancer.
