Holbrook posted 128 runs with extras comprising 40.
Lachie Bowyer (17), Mitchell Way (16) and Harrison Brown (15) provided the bulk of the runs with the bat.
CAW had a host of players take wickets, with Tom Kohlhagen snaring 2-5, while Toby Hoskin captured 2-12.
The home team passed the target only two wickets down with Ed Kreutzberger (39 not out), Hunter Hall (30no) and Sam Webb (27) in fine form.
“The boys bowled and fielded really well,” coach Aaron West said,
“They then put together some good partnerships to knock the runs off.
“They didn’t need to take any risks, they just put the bad balls away and turned the strike over, it was pretty impressive.”
The team will now face CAW Victoria at Scots School on Wednesday, while Holbrook will face Wagga at Yerong Creek.
All finals, in the six age groups, will be held on Friday.
