Wangaratta Blue won the under 15 and 14s, while Gold claimed the 13s.
Cricket Albury-Wodonga claimed the two older grades, while Wagga took out the under 12s.
CAW toppled WDCA at under 17 level.
The home team posted 3-124 from its 20 overs, with Jack McDonald (57) and Jonty Thomas (49 not out) posting a century stand.
Wangaratta was then dismmised for 98.
Will McCarty grabbed 3-21, while Blake Larkin (2-17) and Charlie Jackson (2-22) also chipped in.
In the under 16s, CAW Victoria blasted CAW NSW.
Riley Bartlett destroyed the home team with a stunning 6-8 from 4.5 overs.
“He took three wickets in four balls, he was on the hat-trick, but missed out and then got the wicket with his next ball,” Victoria coach Jerim Hayes said.
The visitors set up the win after another strong effort from its new-ball attack.
“Elijah Hollands and Harris Lee wouldn’t be out of place opening the bowling in most provincial A grade teams,” Hayes enthused.

Victoria cruised to a seven-wicket win through Tom Bracher (31no).
At under 15 level, Wangaratta Blue defeated Upper Hume.
Upper Hume made 7-116, with a handful of players taking two wickets, including the impressive Paddy McNamara (2-25).
Blue captain Sam Thompson made a superb 41 to lead his team to a four-wicket win.
Wangaratta teams met in the 14s.
Blue scored 147 with Zac Fraser posting 37.
James Kelly was the pick with 2-18.
Gold was bowled out for 107.
Josh Jones compiled 22, while Jasper Defazio snared 2-6.
And Wangaratta continued its winning run in the 13s.
CAW made 9-87 from its 40 overs, with Jack Stewart (23) the only player to pass 20.
A number of players grabbed two wickets, including Tyler Manson (2-10).
He also played a key role with the bat, scoring an unbeaten 16 as Wangaratta Gold passed the total in the penultimate over with three wickets to spare.
Jez Rigoni top-scored with 20, while Will Noonan picked up 3-16.
And Wagga snared its only title against CAW NSW in the 12s.
Wagga tallied 117 with Josh Murphy (2-13) and Fletcher Kohlhagen (2-15) the only multiple wicket-takers.
CAW fell for only 87 with Hunter Hall (15) top-scoring.
