Wodonga trainer Wendy Church grabbed her first win of the year with Ariel Miss prevailing in the Terminate Pest Control Class 2 Handicap (1600m) at Wagga yesterday.

The seven-year-old mare held off Peter Clancy’s Real Bonafide by less than a length.

Corowa’s Geoff Duryea claimed race seven with Kapover, while fellow Wodonga trainer Craig Widdison’s Fish Bones Fry won the eighth.
