Warren Fernando, 26, used the card to buy five Smokey BBQ Brekkie Rolls from the Glenrowan eatery on December 10, 2016.
A co-accused allegedly bought five Bacon and Egg McMuffins, with cigarettes worth $80 also purchased from the nearby service station.
The card was taken from Wangaratta and the victim reported the purchases to police.
Fernando was fined $200 in court.
