Despite the neighbouring Brocklesby and District competition abandoning its matches on Saturday, Holbrook association secretary Stephen Bennett has given players the all clear.
“Our local forecast is still around 41 (degrees), but we have a slightly different approach,” Bennett said.
“We leave it to the captains once they get to the ground to review the conditions.
“We played the other week when it was hot, but if you take extra drink breaks and look after each other and you'll get through okay.”
The Rock-Yerong Creek plays Culcairn, Osborne meets Henty, while Holbrook has the bye.
