Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman Lina Hawi said the first report of an accident came in at 3.15pm.
“We were called to an address on Gundowring Road following reports of a paraglider trapped in a tree, a man in his 30s was assessed on scene and had no injuries,” she said.
“We were called to a paraglider stuck in tree about 11.28pm yesterday, that man was taken down and seems to be okay and a third man was who was also stuck in a tree, a man in his 60s, was taken to Albury Base with injuries to his neck but in a stable condition.
“The reports noted there many have been another person, but we haven’t treated that person.”
The Bright Paragliding Open is running in the region until Friday.
