Wodonga’s Kylie Whitehead has added another title to her growing list of bowls achievements.

Whitehead claimed the O and M Champion of Champions women’s singles title 25-19 against Yackandandah’s Mary Tragardh at Corowa Civic on Sunday.

Mansfield’s Noel Jackson edged out Beechworth’s Mason Bayliss in the men’s decider, 25-20.

Bayliss found himself down 13-4 and played well to claw back the lead, but it was Jackson who finished the stronger.

The combination of Peter McLarty (Wodonga) and Kerri Leask (Benalla) secured the mixed pairs crown with a 25-12 win against Benalla duo Shawn McMahon and Sharon Warfe.

Yarrawonga-Mulwala bowler Laureen Smith also tasted success on the day, defeating Tragardh in an entertaining women’s state singles final.
