Wangaratta City, Twin City and Cobram Roar will all be in action across the region, while Myrtleford, who were also set to host a fixture, progress to the next stage due to a forfeit from Westside Strikers.
Reigning AWFA cup finalists Cobram will face Boronia Soccer Club at Shepparton’s John McEwen Reserve on Saturday at 3pm, while a double-header will take place at Wangaratta.
Twin City takes on Old Ivanhoe at 1pm, before the Devils line up against Swinburne FC at 3pm.
Myrtleford met Wangaratta in a fiery derby clash at the same stage of the knockout tournament last year, with the Savoys prevailing 3-2 thanks to a late goal from Nagus Henry.
Cobram and Twin City also got past the qualifying phase.
The draw for the first round is on Monday.
