The Bulldogs earned the right to take on flag favourite Benalla by winning three of the four rinks.
Skip Peter McLarty led the way with a 34-10 win over Col Hendren, Josh Rudd defeated Max Scanlan 32-15 and Kylie Whitehead edged out Tom Webb 24-20.
It was a superb turnaround by McLarty’s rink after it lost to Benalla’s Matt Robertson by 25 shots last weekend.
Adam Streltschenko played well for Rudd at lead in only his second A1 appearance this season.
Civic’s Dawn Hayman accounted for Ashley Bates 30-19.
Although play was halted for 30 minutes after 15 ends due to a heavy downpour, it failed to stop Wodonga’s momentum as it charged to a comfortable win.
Skip Paul Davies will have a “fitness test” later this week after missing the past two matches due to illness.
