Dixon was found guilty of an incident involving East Albury’s Dom Blampied after the Jersey batsman was dismissed during last Sunday’s semi-final.
The Bulldogs take on North Albury at Les Cheesley Oval this weekend with the winner to advance to the grand final.
Dixon’s availability is a huge plus for Wodonga after he bludgeoned 53 in the dying overs against East Albury to help it to a 35-run victory.
Blampied, who will coach East Albury’s under-14s in this weekend’s grand final against Albury, will return to his homeland next month.
Meanwhile, Albury’s Mark Purtell was reported during the club’s second grade loss to North Albury last weekend.
The incident occurred after he was given out LBW.
Purtell is expected to face the tribunal after next weekend’s grand finals.
