The pair checked into the hotel about 4pm on Monday.
They forced entry to a store room and stole cups and pictures and tried to force open roller doors.
They caused property damage worth about $6000.
Wagga Chief Inspector Andrew Spliet said the pair of 18-year-olds were arrested when they returned to the Baylis Street venue on Tuesday.
They will front Wagga Local Court on May 9.
