The RAAF fast jets will fly above Latchford Barracks about 1pm on Friday.
The jets are based at unit in Williamtown and will travel from the east and depart to the west.
Members of the public are welcome to watch on, but the Defence Department is also warning people to be aware of loud noises made by the jets, which could affect horses and livestock.
The aircraft will be passing through to the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Melbourne.
