Emergency services were called to the highway, about two kilometres south of Borella Road, about 11.30am on Thursday.
Two vehicles had collided in the southbound lanes.
Southbound traffic was delayed as police and tow trucks attended.
A man and woman, aged about 60, were taken to Albury hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The man had hip pain and the woman had hip and back pain.
