Vegan Hemp Pesto
Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh basil
- 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/3 cup Australian Primary Hemp Oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp of Australian Primary Hemp Protein
- Pinch of salt
Method
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve with fresh bread, crackers or pasta.
