The $10 million project by Le Hunte Properties will provide 15 apartments, two floors of commercial space, and underground parking.
Director David Harper said yesterday all but three of the apartments had been sold and the building was on track to be completed by September.
Builder PBS is making good progress with the structure, with most of the pre-cast concrete panels manufactured by Krautz Summerill in Lavington now in place.
PBS site manager Roger Pedersen said about 45 tradesmen were working on site yesterday.
Architectural practice Cox Humphries Moss has included a mix of apartment styles with one, two or three bedrooms.
The ground floor and second level are reserved for commercial clients.
The Botanical will rise 24.2 metres above Dean Street on a site once occupied by the Albury Base Hospital’s nurses home and will have views across the city and to the Victorian Alps.
Le Hunte Properties is also the developer of the Volt Lane car park and Australian Taxation Office.
