The cases of Ahmed Lebdeh, Pedro Leon and Ms Wood-Bradley’s former husband, Mohamad El Ali, were mentioned yesterday before magistrate Megan Greenwood.
Ms Greenwood approved an application for five witnesses to be called at the committal including Ms Wood-Bradley and two Victorian police officers.
Lebdeh, 27, and Leon, 28, both of Hadfield in Melbourne, have been charged with detaining Ms Wood-Bradley from 9.50am to 12.40pm on April 8 with the intention of obtaining an advantage to re-establish a relationship with El Ali.
Ali, 31, is similarly charged with taking or detaining a person in company with intent to obtain an advantage.
Ms Greenwood was told El Ali is on remand in Victoria with a case pending in the County Court at Melbourne on July 25.
It is unlikely El Ali will attend the committal, but he may appear through a video link.
An application by police for a forensic procedure involving El Ali was adjourned.
Similarly a police application seeking an apprehended violence order on behalf of Ms Wood-Bradley against Lebdeh was adjourned until the hearing day.
It was revealed in court in Albury in October that she was stalked by her obsessive ex-husband who sent dozens of unwanted gifts using fake aliases.
Arrest warrants were issued for El Ali after he failed to appear to answer 11 charges of stalking, intimidation and breaching apprehended violence orders related to his behaviour towards Ms Victoria Wood-Bradley.
Police said El Ali had continued to send her gifts and handwritten notes, repeatedly breaching the conditions of an order.
El Ali was caught on a security camera sending her two packages from the Preston Post Office on April 18.
In April and May, more than a dozen gifts were sent to Ms Wood-Bradley’s home. The couple were married in July 2009 and separated in December 2010.
Ms Greenwood has allocated one day for the committal hearing.
