McCormack dismissed Mitch Dinneen for two at Kelly Park, where it’s alleged he then verbally abused the batsman and made contact.
Dinneen played 142 matches for Belvoir before joining Wodonga mid-season last December.
McCormack, Eagles’ captain Zac Simmonds and Wodonga captain-coach Robbie Jackson didn’t want to comment when contacted.
However, it’s understood the Eagles won’t fight the charge.
McCormack’s charge is a breach of the code of behaviour.
CAW’s pennant committee will examine the incident.
Wodonga scored a crushing eight-wicket win.
The rivalry between the teams intensified after Belvoir claimed its maiden provincial title in 2015-16.
The pair won’t meet again until round 12 on February 2.
