THIEVES broke into a Corowa business early yesterday, stole a car, broke out of the yard by ramming the car through gates, then abandoned the car nearby.

The thieves struck at A & A Automotives in Queen Street, Corowa, sometime between 4.30am and 4.50am.
Albury police Inspector John Wadsworth said they had stolen a white 1996 Ford sedan from the yard and driven it through side gates.
He said the sedan was found abandoned behind the Corowa bakery in Sanger Street soon after the break-in.
