Terms and Conditions - Audience Research Survey

  1. Entries open at 3:00pm AEST on August 31 2020 via online survey and entries will close at 11:59pm AEST on September 14 2020 (Promotional Period). The completion of the survey during the Promotional Period will count for one (1) entry into the draw. Only one survey can be completed by each eligible individual.
  2. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 years, excluding employees of Australian Community Media ABN 47 000 010 382 (ACM), the competition/event employees and their immediate family members.
  3. The winner will be drawn by computerised random selection at 3:00pm on 15 September 2020 at ACM’s office at Level 9, 8 West Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, by a representative of ACM. The winner does not need to be present at ACM’s office during the draw.
  4. The prize is an iPad (7th Gen WiFi 32GB), valued at $529. This prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw date.
  5. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the email within 5 business days and provide any additional information required by ACM to deliver the prize to them.
  6. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not claim the prize within the time period stipulated above, then the prize will be forfeited by that winner and ACM reserves the right to complete a redraw to determine an alternative winner, in its sole discretion.
