Background Information
History
In 1993, Patricia Beatty and Rose Canfield, (Pat and Rose, hence PNR) were working for the Ovens and King Valley Community Health Service as Community Health Nurses and saw a need to provide a home based nursing service to clients in the community. Both Pat and Rose had a combined nursing experience of over 30 years.

They set up a business in Yackandandah in the North East of Victoria, providing nursing care to clients in their own homes.

From this beginning, the business has expanded into providing services to community based organisations and local area health services.

As a home based nursing service, the opportunity to provide agency nurses to hospitals was evident. Employing nursing staff enabled the business to be in a position to have a pool of nursing staff available to hospitals.

Eirin Health Services Pty Ltd, trading as PNR Home Nursing and Health Care Services, was registered as a Private Company with ASIC on 29 June 1999.

Current
PNR now provides services across the Hume Region of Victoria and Southern Riverina of NSW and employs over 100 people throughout these areas as Attendant Carers.

PNR is a registered NDIS (Victoria and NSW), TAC, and the Victorian WorkCover Authority provider, and is also engaged to provide services via brokerage organisations such as Community Support North East, Villa Maria Catholic Homes, Community Interlink, and local hospital Post Acute Care Programs. PNR services can also be arranged on a privately funded basis with an individual.

Our company holds current certification for the Department of Health & Human Services Standards, and the National Standards for Disability Services.

Our experience in staff replacement enables us to state with confidence that we can provide a prompt and professional service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In 2006, a Board of Management for Eirin Health Services Pty Ltd was established. Current members of the Board include:

Kerryn Leonard — Managing Director
Patricia Beatty — Chairperson
Garry Leonard — Board Member
Adrian Beatty — Board Member
Joanne Favilla - Board Member.
