Our Client is looking for a motivated individual to join their leading mortgage broking company! Essentially, you will be the person clients and customers go to. In addition, you will consistently be communicating, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the client is receiving excellent service. You will be working within a high performing team and managing the loan process.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- As the settlements officer you will be the go-to person for our clients and customers
- Organising video meetings, phone calls and liaising with clients to ensure the best experience
- Liaising daily with the brokers and wider team
- Prepare Settlement documentation by reviewing and verifying against business requirements
- Learning and understanding the credit policies of various lenders
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a settlements position or similar
- Experience preparing of files for settlement in accordance with policy and procedure
- Experience liaising with brokers and other internal and external staff
- Motivated, driven, and eager to learn and develop
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone
