The 18-year-old will be the side’s keeper-batsman at the under-19 championships.
Fulford, who also plays football for the Hoppers, was selected after impressive performances this season for the Ginninderra first-grade team, coached by Martin Garoni.
Fulford, who also represented NSW Country against City in under-19 cricket this year, said playing club cricket in Canberra had paid off.
“It’s been really good for my cricket,” Fulford, who commutes from Albury, said.
The nationals will be held from January 7 to 17 in Adelaide.
