Not only has she instructed father Wayne and sons Brendan and Lloyd Eames in the finer points of scouting, she has married the three of them in six months.
Ms Pitman, who has been involved in the Howlong Scouts for 39 years, taught Wayne his “dibs and dobs” when he was eight and his sons many years later.
Then, in June, she was called on to marry Wayne at the Lake Hume Resort.
Brendan’s wedding followed at the Albury Botanic Gardens and yesterday it was Lloyd’s turn — he married Vivian Seckold at Kookaburra Point.
She said it was “a privilege” to marry the three, who were “completely different” people.
Ms Pitman, who is still a Howlong cub scout leader, became a celebrant in 2009.
“I just love weddings and I just love making people happy,” she said.
“I’m still smiling because today has just been so lovely.”
