Police said the Ford Falcon XR6, driven by an 18-year-old Wodonga P-plater, veered off the north-bound lane at Barnawartha North at 10.30am.
The car flipped onto its roof after hitting an embankment and the driver and his 14-year-old brother had to crawl out of the vehicle.
Both were uninjured, but were taken to hospital for observation.
Police are investigating whether a tyre on the car blew.
