Last weekend Mr Blair and his mate, Shane Taylor, ran 120 kilometres from Devonport to Burnie and back to raise money for Ulverstone boy Trystan.
Mr Blair said the weekend's Run for Kids event at Devonport High School was a chance for children to fund-raise for other sick children.
