Joel Daniel Bickerdike, 23, of Latchford Barracks, has been charged with three counts of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm, three counts of negligent driving causing grievous bodily harm and driving with a mid-range prescribed concentration of alcohol.
Police prosecutor Sgt Shannon Lewis said in Albury Local Court yesterday the charges had been referred to the DPP at Wagga, but it had elected not to proceed in a higher jurisdiction.
It is alleged Bickerdike crashed a Ford sedan between 10.13pm and 10.20pm on June 26 with a blood alcohol reading of 0.082.
