Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman Gabrielle Degenhardt said paramedics who are on scene at the Bayly Street factory are treating a woman in her 40s with a leg fracture.
Ms Degenhardt said paramedics were called to treat the woman after an explosion.
She said the woman had been taken to Yarrawonga hospital.

9.49AM: FIREFIGHTERS and paramedics are responding to a report of an explosion at the Mulwala ADI munitions factory a short time ago.
NSW Fire and Rescue personnel said there are possible injuries and they are responding along with ambulance paramedics.
