Wodonga detectives and investigators from the Echo Taskforce charged the two men, aged 80 and 28, with two counts of extortion.
They were bailed to appear before the Wodonga Magistrates' Court.
Mongols outlaw motorcycle gang member Jye Carter, 35, from Wheelers Hill, was charged with the extortion incident at Huon in November.
Carter was charged with two counts of extortion, recklessly cause serious injury, intentionally cause serious injury and make threats to damage property.
He was remanded in custody to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Friday.
