Glory remains hopeful the former Chelsea, Tottenham and Gunners’ defender, pictured, will be available for their match against Melbourne Heart on the Border.
Gallas, who played 84 internationals for France, has been plagued by injury since joining the A-League club this season.
The 36-year-old missed seven games earlier in the season because of a calf injury and was subbed off in the 84th minute against Victory last Friday night after injuring his left leg in a heavy fall.
With more than 300 English Premier League starts, Gallas will add plenty of star power to Sunday’s match. He was part of France’s squad which finished runner-up to Italy in the 2010 World Cup final.
