This week the the Ovens and Murray Football Netball League added Des Lonergan, pictured, and David Avery to the board.
Lonergan has ties to Yarrawonga back to the 1960s and pulled the pin on his broadcasting career just last year.
Avery is a solicitor and former Wodonga Bulldog player and coach who last year had a spell on the tribunal.
One Week hears both are well respected in football circles for professionalism and knowledge and will be assets to the board.
Lonergan’s appointment is one year, Avery signing on for two years.
The O and M has also extended contracts to general manager Aaron McGlynn and operations officer Greg Dawson until 2016.
