The street party, from 11am to 5pm, will head indoors to the Zed Bar, Albion Hotel and Commercial Club if rain arrives.
Organisers have got permission from Albury Council to close Dean Street between Kiewa and Townsend streets for the festival.
Co-organiser Brian Grenfell said the preference would be for the event to be held on Dean Street with a final decision to be made this morning.
“It will go ahead regardless of the weather, but exactly where is the issue we’ve got,” he said.
The Beatles Festival is in its fifth year and kicked off last night with the Melbeats playing at the Zed Bar and Beatle Magic performing at the Albion.
The Beatels will be the feature act at the Commercial Club tonight.
“This event is going from strength to strength since its inception,” Mr Grenfell said.
