The annual tournament has this year attracted about 50 teams in junior age divisions from under-11 to under-17.
Wodonga representative netballers will field 10 teams in the competition, spokeswoman Tania Rounds said.
“We also have entries from Albury, Wagga, Griffith, Corryong, Wangaratta and Melbourne.
“It’s a chance for our best netballers to test themselves against the best from other areas and in part is used as a warm-up for the zone titles in June, where players are chosen for higher honours and to be part of regional academy squads.
“Of course there are also 500 girls with family and friends tagging along, so the event generates a bit of business for accommodation houses and restaurants.”
Rounds said play would start from 8.30am with most divisions to play five or six shortened games before finals.
