The Border-based circus is set to discuss a partnership with the Sydney Opera House and the Arts Centre Melbourne to present future Fruit Fly productions at the venues and build educational projects and workshops.
Executive director Richard Hull said it was a “big deal” and a great opportunity for the company.
“It’s only early days but we will nut out the strategic partnership with both of these art centres in May,” he said.
“These are two key organisations, as far as presenting high-profile work.
“It’s about getting our brand out there and promoting Albury-Wodonga and the region.”
Circus Under My Bed, a show depicting the inner world of a little girl about to move house, sold out its premiere season at the Sydney Opera House in January.
The Arts Centre Melbourne season, starting April 9, has already sold out.
