The Birallee Park clubrooms were packed with a 150-strong crowd at their selection night last Thursday with a host of life members including Frank Richardson, John Casey, Ray Barrett and Bill Mooney present.
Many returned to watch the Raiders start their season with a 16-point win over Myrtleford on Saturday.
Club president Nic Conway yesterday said the Raiders were pushing for as many former players and supporters to return to Birallee Park as possible.
“It’s definitely an area we are working on,” Conway said.
“It was fantastic to see so many back on Thursday night and Saturday.”
