But that doesn’t mean customers at Morven’s Roundhill Hotel didn’t enjoy the rush of seeing two heads appear.
“We have been running two-up for the past four years and always get a big turn out,” publican Jo Kollard said.
“Everyone’s been very generous, for such a small place we usually raise about $800.”
Ringmaster Dick Shanahan had many $50 bets come his way.
“Everyone’s having a crack and there’s been many $50 notes flying around,” he said.
