As part of what’s becoming an annual event for the Gerogery Hotel, the day will feature classic cars exhibited on the lawn.
Publican Danny Phegan said there were 57 cars on show last year and he hoped to see at least as many again this year.
Mr Phegan said the venue had been hosting live music for about 18 months, and the dedicated rock ‘n’ roll day was a chance to present something different.
“We cover every genre but we thought rock ‘n’ roll was something that was missing out a bit,” he said.
“It’s very nostalgic, with a focus on the 50s and 60s,”
Local group The Rockabilly Jump Band will be playing, as well as Mr Phegan’s old duo, The Two Tones.
The cars will go on show from noon, a free sausage sizzle at 12.30pm and live music from 2pm.
There is a playground and animals for children.
