A feature this weekend will be chef Paul| Haberecht, of Smart Hospitality, hosting cooking demonstrations.
Those who turned up at Gateway Village on the Lincoln Causeway can sample his pumpkin soup and kale chips using produce from Willowbank farm in South Albury.
Hume Murray Food Bowl committee member and Willowbank co-owner Byron Gray said the market had been running every second and fourth Saturday since Christmas.
“There was a lot of demand to return to every fortnight,” he said.
Mr Haberecht is looking forward to divulging his tips for achieving delicious pumpkin soup.
“One of the keys is to just use a bit of seasoning, so that you showcase the pumpkin,” he said.
The market will run from 8am to noon with ample parking available.
